To our valued customers, contractors and partners,
We’d like to let you know, we’re still operating.
Our primary focus during these unprecedented times is the health and safety of our employees, customers and service providers. As we continue to monitor the situation closely, we are taking actions and precautions throughout our entire business. These are based on recommendations from the Australian government and the World Health Organisation.
TGR understands the importance of doing what we can to provide a safe environment for customers, co-workers and service providers visiting our stores throughout the country in order to help limit the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19.
Actions that have been implemented throughout the business to date include:
✔️ Our collections are contactless and our employees are wearing masks and gloves.
✔️ We have implemented a daily temperature check to mitigate this risk. Anyone who is displaying symptoms and is not in a fit and healthy state for work and will be sent home.
✔️ We have increased focus on personal hygiene for all co-workers and contractors with additional sanitising facilities available throughout our facilities and in our pick up vans.
✔️ Co-workers are regularly provided with the most up to date information from health authorities on how to monitor for signs of the illness and are asked to refrain from coming into work if they exhibit symptoms or are at risk.
TGR will continue to closely monitor the development of the Coronavirus situation and follow all recommendations for how we can adapt our business to ensure the safest environment possible.
Meanwhile, we would like to ask YOU to Help us to help others. There are a lot of people in need of a working computer or laptop. So please consider cleaning up your storage before you leave your office. Our free quote form can be found on our website.
We encourage all our co-workers and customers to look after themselves and each other through these times.
We’re all in it together. Stay safe.
