Total Green Recycling is now accredited to the internationally recognised ISO 14001 standard for its Environmental Management System.
Environmental Management is of utmost importance to Total Green Recycling. Electronic waste is complex waste stream containing a mixture of valuable commodities together with a range of harmful and potentially toxic materials. Therefore, separation and recovery of these materials requires special care and expertise to properly recover the valuable commodities whilst safely capturing and containing potential toxins and preveting them from entering the environment.
To achieve this Total Green Recycling has developed and implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) to control and manage the environmental outcomes of its business. In 2011 TGR engaged SAI Global, an independant organisation, who conducted official audit our EMS and on 8th December 2011, Total Green Recycling was officially certified and registered as compliant to the AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 standard.
Through our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, Total Green Recycling continues to strive for leadership in environmental outcomes and sustainable recycling.
